Why do we need Workfolio Architect?

When building your own website, you may encounter two roadpaths.

1. Build it by yourself (ab)using third-party administration panels like Wordpress, Wix etc...
2. Pay a ton amount of money to a company to build a custom panel for you and a custom website

The problem is that the neither has the appropriate attention to make a stunning website that has the best performance, search engine optimization etc. Even if a company is going to handle your admin panel, it is not guaranteed that you are going to get constant updates. Is there perhaps a solution in between?
